Do Low Carb Diets Work Better/faster Than Traditional Diets?

No. If you go on a low carb diet you’ll go on KETOSIS which is very, very bad for your health.
And plus you NEED carbs just not the bad ones. Good carbs are things like wheat bread and brown rice, milk, etc. Fruits and veggies have good carbs too. Bad carbs would be junk food.

Low-carb diets are simple, which makes them easier to follow. A low-calorie diet can be difficult, since you have to be doing calorie-counting. Fundamentally, it’s all about calories in versus calories out. Whichever approach is easiest to follow is the best in the long term.

Yes but your breath stinks on the atkins diet and its not good for your health in the long term.
Just dont eat carbs for your evening meal or straight before you go to bed.
If you dont use the carbs as fuel throughout the day, it turns to fat.

nope. Just eat healthy. diets such as this aren’t a fool-proof way to lose weight. The best thing to do is to eat the right things and do everything in moderation. Exercise is key too.
