Can U Answer This Question About Low Carb Diets?
ive been on a diet for awhile now but since sunday i started a low carb diet where i consume less than 20 carbs a day so my question is can i eat around 35 carbs once a week without it effecting my ketosis and overall diet?
When following Atkins you eat a maximum of 20g per day for the first 2 weeks. after the first two weeks which is known as Atkins induction you may up your carbs in 5g increments per week to find your maximum carb amount that you can eat and still lose. So one week you will be eating 20g per day then the second week 25g per day, third week 30g per day and so on. Once your weight loss stops you simply go down 5g and stay there.
