How Many Carbs Can You Eat A Day On The Low Carb Diet?

I am on week 4 of the low carb diet, and I’m not following Atkins or South Beach for guidance just watching what I’m eating. I was really strict the first month, and now I feel like I’m constantly starving, so I am allowing myself a few more. But I would like to know without having to read one of the books how many carbs I can be eating a day? P.S. Yes, I’m exercising. :)

I would say atleast 80-100G and if they are complex carbs like whole wheat pasta and sweet potatoes then even more. Depending on how much you workout you do need carbs and not having enough can have the reverse effect and your body will store fat for energy.
