Is It Safe To Switch To A Low-carb Diet?

I am a carb freak. I am starting to get the spare tire, and heard less carbs will help. I starting researching the foods I eat, and about all of them are high in carbs. I also researched low-carb diets and think I can swing it, for the most part. Will my body freak out or adjust properly?

    ditto-
your body goes through a change.
    - i know! it craves carbs cos they seem to fill you up. so what you have to do is replace them with other stuff. take in only low carb products.
your body then tries and crave for sugar. just give it healthy sugar like fruit and veggies.
    good luck!

The Internet resource listed below is a free, in-depth website that specializes in low carb diets, including the Paleolithic [Stone Age] low carbohydrate diet that our ancestors ate.
The website gives full explanation of all the diets and also has comphrehensive food lists of what not to eat, what to eat in moderation, and what to eat freely.
They also have two free e-courses: “How to Cure Emotional Eating” and “Meditation: an aid to weight loss”. Those will support you and help you to adjust on any kind of weight loss diet.
To help you further, at the same website there are lots of free psychological tools for weight loss.
All best wishes for the New Year.
