Is Whole Wheat Bread Bad For Dieters Who Are Trying The Low Carb Diets?

The Low-carb diet has been pretty-much defunct by science. Sure you’ll lose weight, but your cholestrol & blood-pressure can sky-rocket out of control; Once again, a diet of BALANCE is best. But still, cutting some carbs is never a bad idea, so long as you don’t cut them altogether.
Go to any local grocery store; you can find several different kinds of low-carb bread that are VERY good and only bout 40 calories per slice! Best of Luck!
