Low Carb Diets….good Or Bad?

Good if u are obese…body will burn extra fat
bad if u are normal or skinny as ur body will not have sufficent calories and hence u will have severe wasting of body as well as a wide range of malnutrition related problems

    Are people good or bad? Bad people can kill you and good people can help you. So avoid bad carbs like the plague and consume lots of good carbs. The good fats help you burn fat and the bad fats make you fat. See site below to learn about this.

    Bad,my aunt did the diest…No carbs,lost about 50 pounds but you know what happens when you go bck to eating carbs?It doubles and its probably very depressing!

    The low-carb diet is a dietary dead end!
    The key to controlling your weight is to manage your food intake properly. You need the right level of carbohydrates, fat and protein. When eating carbs you only need to choose from the good ones, which have low GI value.
    With an unhealthy low carb diet you can loose weight quickly, but when you turn back to your normal eating habits you gain lot more! You will also suffer from bad breath and constipation while on low carb diet!
