There is nothing about rice, brown or otherwise, that is low carb. It can be part of a reasonably healthy diet IF used in moderation and balanced with other comestibles. Remember that an individual serving of rice is a third of a cup of cooked rice – not uncooked rice.

    Isn’t that cabbage and brown rice? I don’t know, but it doesn’t seem very nutritious to me.
