Im On A Low Carb Diet With No Exercise But Im About To Swith To Just Eating Healthy And Exercise?

will i gain any weight once i do this because i plan on drinking skim mile an eating kashi cereal fro breakfast an also eating brown rice and drinking v8 splash. those will be the only carbs i will add in to my diet. also how bad is skim milk and brown rice for you as far as weight gain?

    From the choices you are making, it doesn’t sound like you have researched a low carb diet very well. Skim milk has the most carbs of all the dairy products. I’m not sure about the carb count on Kashi because I avoid cereals. How much sugar is in a V8 Splash? Brown rice is usually avoided while trying to lose weight.

    You will do so much better by eating healthy and exercising! Yea you for making this change!!
    Switching to whole grains will be so much better for you too. Brown rice, whole wheat breads, etc will be better for you body too.
    1% or skim milk is a great choice too…
