Being On A Low Carb Diet For The Past 9 Days Has Caused My Appetite To Decrease By Probably At Least 50%. Why?

Does anyone know? I’m clueless. I just know that I often don’t feel hungry now even when it’s meal time, and if you know me, you know this is NOT normal, haha.

It’s normal for that to happen with a low-carb diet and part of the reason for the weight loss. Don’t worry about it. Just make sure you are getting at least 1200 calories a day and fitting in enough veggies and salads.
Low-carb is a great lifestyle and a healthy diet for life.

Actually, you don’t need to diet per se to lose weight, the sole diet which clearly worked for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it was reported in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I melted away twenty pounds, it clearly does work!

That happened to me also, on a high protein, low carb diet. I was under a doctor’s care, and they said it was a normal side effect of the diet. I also stopped craving sugar and white flour, which was amazing for me!
Just don’t stay on the low-carb regimen for too long at a stretch.

What exactly are you doing? Oh, and why is it when you post in Diet and fitness you always get the “This diet really worked for me and with Acai berry”…….Ugh.
Anyway, I’ve never been on a low carb diet, but it seems that in eating better lately I don’t crave sugars and such like I used to.
