On A Low Carb Diet, What Foods Are Best To Eat And What Foods Should You Avoid?

I’m only talking about the foods that classify as “low carb”
Please don’t list, pasta, rice, potatoes, bread…I know that already.

    you can definitely eat lots of fruits and veggies…raw nuts, grains,beans,lentils and seeds are great too…those foods you listed there can still be consumed BUT in small servings…muscles need both protein and carbs to survive..workout regularly too

    Don’t eat fruit on a low carb diet. Fruit is usually high in carbs. Also, you need to watch your veggies. Corn, carrots, and a lot of beans have A LOT of carbs in them. Generally the things to eat on a low carb diet are meat and cheese. Eggs are good too. Any thing that can considered a starch stay away from.

    All green veggies are in the high fiber and low carb range and super good for you.

    tons of veggies!!!!!! they are very good for you and fruit! eat as many veggies as you want! couple fruits every day too!
