		<description>Don&#039;t eat fruit on a low carb diet. Fruit is usually high in carbs. Also, you need to watch your veggies. Corn, carrots, and a lot of beans have A LOT of carbs in them. Generally the things to eat on a low carb diet are meat and cheese. Eggs are good too. Any thing that can considered a starch stay away from.

		<description>you can definitely eat lots of fruits and veggies...raw nuts, grains,beans,lentils and seeds are great too...those foods you listed there can still be consumed BUT in small servings...muscles need both protein and carbs to survive..workout regularly too</description>
