Questions About Low Carb Diet, Grape Nuts, Alcohol & Recipes.?

I’m on a low carb diet basically getting rid of pasta, bread, sugar…
1) I’m a vegeterian so was hoping I can get more tips on recipes?
2) I love having grape nuts with unsweetend soy & honey is that a good choice to continue while I’m on a low carb diet?
3) I drink occasionally. Always Tequilla neat or Scotch neat. Does this effect my losing weight? Slowing it down or what have you?
4) Lastly, I drink a lot of water and I do excersise but sometimes I get tired of it and I recently started drinking Crystal Light. Any down falls on that?
Cheers!

my advice is to drink less alcohol because it has some carbs and calories in it also you could eat something like the Atkins diet like cheese and veggies dont have much carbs in them (or meat) but this is my advice..

I’m a vegetarian too…and I tried the low carb diet…did not go so well. My stomach got soooo angry at me, and my energy ran away without me.
The crystal light is fine, the alcohol won’t help, but it won’t really hurt if it’s once a week or less.
Definantly get rid of sugar, refined breads and pasta…but from experience, it’s not really good to give it all up. Unless you’re taking fiber supplements, your stomach is NOT going to like you. The grape nuts every morning is an awesome way to keep fiber and a just enough carbs in your tummy. If you look at the label and find that there isn’t enough fiber in grape nuts…try scoping out the cereal isle in search of a better morning friend.
Recipe: eggplant lasagna. if you don’t eat real cheese then you could absolutely use soy cheese. It’s the best. I’ll post the recipe below
    Good luck my fellow veggier!!

Negative Calorie Foods

The phrase, "negative calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained in the food.
