Is It Possible To Diet Low Carb And Vegan At The Same Time?

I have discovered dairy leads to acne, for me. No doubt about it. Now that I have eliminated dairy, I feel why not meat, and go for vegan? But then I have wound up eating too much rice and cereal. I already need to lose weight. How can a vegan diet help me to lose weight and not crave food?

Yes but it’s not easy. There’s always tofu, edamame, tempeh, nuts and seeds, soy isolate protein shakes. I’m also vegan and binge sometimes when I try to go low carb. I noticed that if I don’t eat wheat products (really hard!!! for me bagels = evil) and only eat oatmeal and brown/whole grain rice, then I don’t binge. If you’re not already eating 7-9 servings of fruits and veggies a day, upping your intake may help make you full and same with the protein so you won’t be craving grains as much. It’s not easy but if you hang in there it will be worth it! :)

    Yes.
Look into low fat vegan foods and the raw vegan lifestyle.
I don’t eat pasta, bread, noodles or rice. But I do eat potatoes.
