How Much Low Carb Bread Should I Eat In One Day On A Low Carb Diet?

Low carb bread can have from 6 – 14 carbs in each slice. At that rate, you’ll blow your diet with one sandwich if you aren’t paying attention. A slice of toast with butter at breakfast is as much as you should do, unless you aren’t into carbs for the rest of the day.
Also, be careful with bagels and muffins. Some packages regard 1/2 a muffin or bagel as one serving. Always read the packaging.
If you are in phase one of Atkins, do not eat breads of any type. Stick to the meats and eggs!!

    More importantly, eat whole wheat bread, not white.
