Fresh veggies like cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers. Try making your chicken different ways like cook it in the pressure cooker, bake it with different spices, cook it on the grill with some good bbq sauce. Try tuna, add some mustard and boiled eggs (don’t know if you can use mayo or not but if you can use it), some people even put in relish – yummy and very healthy. How about turkey, cook a whole bird, clean the meat off of the bones, and freeze some in baggies for future use? You can even use ground turkey with some ketchup on it. Is pork okay? Throw some pork chops on the grill with some teriyaki sauce, mmm. Good thing it’s super time, cause now I’m hungry.lol
Red meat, green vegetables, cheese, quorn! yuk
Why do you have to have low carbs? Just have less amounts of pasta and bread etc.
If you are on such a diet, why don’t you have the full recipe book?
Bit odd if you ask me

First of all, your body need those carbs–fruit, vegetables, and whole grains–so just remeber, no “white” food (white flour and rice, potatos, sugar).
Second, small meals every few hours, making sure each contains 60% protein, 20% carbs, 10% fat (yes, your body needs that too). Eating every 2 or 3 hours keeps your blood sugar even and prevents insulin resistance (which makes you feel hungry even though you have just eaten a meal). Small is the key word here, portion control.
Peanut butter (1 tablespoon per meal) is a good blend of protein, carbs, and good fat.
No sugar yogurt and fresh fruit, and whole grain cereal is a nice mid afternoon snack.
Breakfast, as early as possible is the best for you and always try to eat a little something before you go to bed so you won’t wake up in the middle of the night hungry.
My lifesaver is a mix of 8 oz coffee, 8 oz 2 % milk, a scoop of chocolate flavored egg white protein (the purest form of protein and tasteless and mixes well in the blender or shaker), and sweetner to taste. I take a 16 ounce bottle to work and take a few swallows every now and then, you know, when you crave something sweet, are stressed out or tired, or before you go out to eat to cut your appetite.
When I know I’m going to be in the car all day, I take a cooler with a protein drink, a few whole wheat crackers, maybe some cheese, and an apple or banana.
Optimum egg white protein is the best and comes in chocolate and vanilla. Get a small container at the health food store and if you like it, buy it online cheap, research it on a price comparison web site.
Don’t forget exercise.
Don’t be afraid to treat yourself. If there are donuts at work, drink some protein drink and then have half a donut. But eat it slowly and enjoy it, don’t gulp.
Set easily reachable goals (5 to 10 lbs) and a really nice reward for each goal attained.
My first reward was an expensive ring I had wanted for a long time, my second was a mini face lift, my third, well, let’s just say it’s a little personal, but I really, really want it. I want it enough to give up the temporary pleasure of food and get up at 5 am to work out. I saved the best for last because it is the last few pounds that are the hardest to lose.
I lost a lot of weight and kept it off this way.
You’ll make it.

If something has high carbs and also high fiber the fiber will offset some of the carbs………………if it says, 20grams carbs and 15 grams fiber it ends up being 5grams carbs…………….but turkey, eggs, canadian bacon are some

Low fat diets are very unhealthy. Yes, contrary to what we have been hearing for the last 40 years. Its a load of crap. I strongly urge you to follow the link I have provided.
Then go buy the “The Great Cholestoral Con”. You will be shocked at what you learn in that book.
Anytime the topic
of discussion in my blogs, articles or newsletters has turned to my own
personal grocery shopping list, there has always been a spike in interest.
The phrase, "negative
calorie food", as highlighted in negative calorie diet programs and
books, usually refers to foods that allegedly require more energy to digest
than they contain. Since the process of digestion requires the use of
calories for energy, sometimes the net amount of metabolizable energy
available from a food is less than the gross number of calories contained
in the food.
By now, most people
realize that adding lean muscle mass to your body does wonders for your
metabolism and fat loss, as well as a host of other benefits that allow
you to live out your life as healthy as possible.
In order to reap the
benefits from the intense exercise I recommend to my Fat Burning Furnace
students, you must get adequate rest. I cant stress this fact enough.
In fact, rest is just as important, if not more important that the actual
exercise.
beef, lean pork, duck, venison, shrimp, turkey.
also vegetables – spinach, lettuce, cauliflower, zuccini, cucumbers
