Any Indian Gyno Or Dietician Here…plz Advise Me?

I m suffering from Polycistic ovaries & my wgt is 86kgs. I want to reduce my wgt. Can u plz suggest me Indian low carb diet chart. I m strictly vegetarian. dont eat egg also. i take wheat cornflakes with low fat milk for my breakfast everyday..plz…help..thanks
