Does The Low Carb Diet Really Burn Fat Fast?

what does it really burn? i have been lifting weights but i feel like i’m just getting larger arms and no fat is going away making my arms look fatter! should i lift lighter weights with a low-carb diet to burn all this fat fast? i know it doesn’t work in the long run don’t tell me that

    I did Atkins and lost about 15 pounds in the 1st 2 weeks. But the more you weight the easier you will lose weight. What helped me when I was doing the low carb thing was to have the Atkins shake drinks. Also the Atkins Advantage bars helped me too. Sometimes I’d have one for a meal replacement. I’d buy my low carb goodies from Imedmart.com… They have low prices, fast shipping, and a bunch of yummy low carb goodies. Here is a link to some of their low carb items.
