Cottage cheese and beans without sugars. Try preparing your meals differently. Asian food is great because they use alot of veggies, know how to make them taste good, and keep them crunchy which preserves the vitamins. The only downside is you can’t have the rice with that type of diet. Also, lay low on the fruit. Only a little bit a day because it has sugars in it.
You have GOT TO eat vegetables on a low carb diet. Broccoli, spinach is a must. You need these to reduce the acidity that builds up from all the meats.
If you don’t you will get ill.
Add a lot of spices and you shouldnt get bored. Try a chicken and vegetable stir fry, using coconut oil (very good for you).
Good luck
p.s. Cheese can have a lot of carbs in, be careful

my mom got low-carb cookie recipes and stuff.
try that.
i personally think avoiding any major part of the food pyramid is really not good for you, why dont you just try balanced meals and excerise?
