What Am I Doing Wrong On Low Carb Diet?

All of a sudden, i hate stopped losing weight and i don’t know why?!
So here is my menu
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with a sprinkle of cheese\
snack: pecans and some cheese
Lunch: salad with lettuce, spinach, chicken, cheese and low carb dressing
snack: sugar free jello with whip cream
dinner: hamburger patty
dessert: sugar free jello with whip cream
Please help!!

    Only eat chicken. No red meat. Limit yourself to 1200 calories per day.
    I have loss weight and gained weight many times.
    Only way I was ever successful was eating once a day.Sometimes having a snack in addition thats healthy.
    There is a diet where you can’t eat but you loose a lot of weight.
    Google the Master Cleanse or Lemonade Diet.

    Firstly you are eating low carb which is bad. Once you eat ANY carb you will pile on the weight horribly, too many people i know have done this and it happened to every single one of them. Start introducing healthy carbs like whole grain breads back into your diet slowly and pick up the exercise to an hour at least 3 times a week. You might gain some weight back since you haent eaten any carbs, but you cant live forever without them. When you begin losing weight again after eating breads you wont have to worry about gaining it back since you havent cut anything out of your diet. Atkins causes a lot or problems though.

    I’d cut out the cheese and whipped cream. You need to increase your proteins – they send more signals to the brain to say you’re full and decrease your appetite. Bacon if grilled or microwaved is a good replacement for the hamburger – that won’t be good on the fat front. More pasta with low fat sauces, say passata, onions, herbs, etc, is good. I lost 11 lbs in a week just by having more pulses with boiled rice, and jacket potatoes with chili. The eggs are good – they have anti-ageing properties.

    at first you’ll lose weight with low carb diet. but eventually your body will slow down your metabolism so that it can conserve energy. when you go back to your regular diet you’ll gain more weight.

    many reasons:
    too many calories
    too much fat
    too much sugar
    not enough healthy vegetables and fruit
    its a really bad diet tbh, im surprised u ever lost any weight at all. make a new one.

    Have a HIGH carb, low FAT diet…so cut out the cheese and whip cream….instead, snack on fresh fruits/salds.
