    i don’t know but i lost 40 in 2 months on weight watchers

    I don’t know what’s average but when I first started on it (I still am) I lost 12 lbs. in the first 30 days. It came off really quickly & I followed each phase. (there are 4) I took one phase at a time & never cheated. I was truly ready to lose weight & lost 130 lbs. total. The water consumption is so very important when on this healthy eating plan, as well as following the Atkin’s diet & exercising daily.
