    Not very many, its all fat which blocks your arteries, and on a low carb diet you can’t beat it..

    Are you on the low carb diet because you’re overweight or because you’re have your blood sugar elevated? If it is the former, read on.
    You must know that eating less carbohydrates wouldn’t help you much, as a matter of fact it can be bad for you. Mayo is the fat with the big F, and while depriving your body of sugar, which by the way is needed for your body to function properly, you at the same time take a lot of fat into your organism, which will result in putting on more some weight.
    You need a better diet program – not a low carb/low fat scheme.

    Interesting question. Depends on what type of mayo you’re taking but generally it’s ok to use a little. Not that much carbs in mayo. But that said, I assume you’re on a low carb diet to lose weight, and if so, I’d say that you shouldn’t be consuming mayo at all on a weight loss diet, low carb or not. The reason is that mayo has a pretty high fat content and calorically dense. Not good for dieters.
    One alternative is to use low fat low sugar yoghurt to flavour your tuna and chicken. It’s much healthier than mayo.

    There are alot of carbs in Mayo. When on low carb diets you can use egg mayo instead of normal mayo.
