After the initial few weeks of getting your body tuned into fat burning instead of glycogen (stored carbs) you should focus on a more “Paleo” approach of Real Food.

Change your eating habits will help. Low carb diet meal plans include things like brown rice, whole wheat bread, turkey bacon, skim milk, vegetables and a piece of meat, etc you can eat but limit the quantity to a minimum. Low carb diet are not restrictive so you can have your food in a control manner. Both low fat and low carbohydrate diets appear to be effective…want to know more click here

Avoid pasta, white flour, rice, and if you do eat whole grain pasta& bread &brown rice. Substitute mashed potatos for califlower thats whipped. No fries. Some good low carb foods are Vegetables and Chicken. Adkins is a good low carb diet to follow.

Complex carbs are your friends, simple carbs like sugars, potato chips and white bread should be avoided.

No rice, no bread, no potatoes or pasta as well. If you really need something boil some vermicelli noodles ( no more than 50grams).
