What Can I Eat On A Very Low Carb Diet? I Need To Shift Fat And If I Started Walking Every Night For An Hour?

briskly as im not one for the gym how quickly would i see a difference?. Any tips on how i could tone up and shift this flab? Im a curvy 12 bordering on a uk 14. I have been totally inactive for the last 4 months and now i have gained so much weight its really bothering me. I just want back to a size 10.

    You can eat any kind of meat, and you can also have wheat pasta and brown bread- your body still needs fibre. don’t cut out fruit and veg either, despite what Dr Atkins said.
    No chocolate but can you can have eggs, fish, chicken. It’s hard to think of things you can have but eggs and meat are safe bets.

    Instead of walking, try walking then spurts of running. It will help to get your circulation pumping a little faster thus burning more energy. More energy=less fat. Also try 8 min abs on You Tube. Diet also is important, less chocolate and sweeties, more fat free products.

    I am in the same situation as you by the sound of things.
    In the winter we tend to eat comfort foods which are stodgy for warmth, once the warmer weather comes we start eating more salads, fruit and doing alot more exercise by walking places instead of using the car, i find i can lose 2-3 stone in summer but about 1-2 back on in winter.
    Just plenty of walking and watch what you eat.
