Has anyone done a high protein / low carb diet? If so what were your results and time frame. Thanks!!

I’m doing it mostly to get off sugar while increasing my energy levels. I’m in my fourth week. Its a great way to replace fat with muscle, if you’re working out at the same time. The diet alone will NOT make you a body builder. Seriously though, if you research the human metabolism and modern nutrition, a high protein/low carb diet is what we are essentially built for, and helps your body reach it’s optimal mental and physical state. My results = higher energy, better sleep, total loss of cravings, clear skin, muscle tone (with exersize) better mental performance, healthier emotional state and increased sex drive

yeah if you want Schwarzenegger-sized muscles
if you work out they work great. protein makes muscle which eats fat. the more muscle u have the more fat u actually burn
