		<description>what... just eat something.. geez.. bring a few biscuits or crackers, a banana and satiate yourself. Seeds are good too to satisfy your hunger. Pumpkin seeds, sunflower, etc.  
Fruit juice like a naked juice smoothie will fill you up..</description>

Unless your diet has to practically exclude all protein,  nuts would be a good addition.  Or some peanut butter to dip the carrots.</description>
