If I Go On A Very Low Carb Diet For 2 Weeks How Much Weight Will I Lose?

I currently weigh 53 kilos (117 pounds), im 15 and 5ft 6 .
I’d probably not be doing that much exercise as my legs are muscly enough already! :P

    If you know right weight loss info and method, weight loss is easy. If you are really serious, you need to have easy weight loss method that works for you.     I wouldn’t bother. The first week is only water weight which you will gain back as soon as you return to a high carb diet.

    If your calories are 1800 to 2000 for the two weeks, I would say about 4 to 6 pounds will be lost.
