What Is The Best Kind Of Diet- Low Carb, Low Calorie, Or Low Fat?

Which one is the best for losing weight in your opinion?
Sorry, i still don’t really know what Carbs do to your body or if how many you are supposed to have daily or anything-could someone please explain?
Which sort of diet is the best to go with?

    for losing weight I’d say low fat. carbs you need for energy.

    the vegan diet :)
    theres not much fatty food coming in and you get lots of protein and goods(fruit,veges,vitamins etc)
