Which one is the best for losing weight in your opinion?
Sorry, i still don’t really know what Carbs do to your body or if how many you are supposed to have daily or anything-could someone please explain?

for losing weight I’d say low fat. carbs you need for energy.

theres not much fatty food coming in and you get lots of protein and goods(fruit,veges,vitamins etc)
