You can loose weight but you need some carbs in your diet and you need fruits and veggies too. A vitamin can help but is not a substitute for good nutrition. Do a search for good carbs/bad carbs to find out what carbs you need.

If you only eat lean meat you will loose weight, however, you can’t eat just meat forever and once you start eating high carb foods again you will gain it back. The best thing to do is to have a well rounded diet and slowly lose the weight. With that and exercise you will drop it fast and are more likely to keep it off.

not really….but if you want to lose weight, I highly recommend running (remember the more you run, the more you can eat)

why on earth would you want a diet like that? You couldn’t possibly stay on it for long. if you want to lose weight definately go low carb, but include some fresh salad at least……..and drink lots of water…..vitamins are good but NOT a substitute for real fresh food……get out and do some walking too….
