If you burn more calories a day,it is not necessary to stay on a low carbohydrate diet. You can loose weight easily by taking Core cleanse. It detoxifies the body and helps to loose fat easily. http://www.coloncleanse.net/corecleanse.…

When you shop, choose nutritious foods based on these four simple rules:
Avoid partially hydrogenated oil.
Avoid high-fructose corn syrup.
Choose a short ingredient list over long; there will be fewer flavor enhancers and empty calories.
Look for two or more grams of fiber per 100 calories in all grain products (cereal, bread, crackers, and chips).

Hi!
I have found a great blog with a story of a woman who lost weight in a healthy and easy way. It was an eye-opener for me. I’ve tried it and I must admit that the results amazed me. I lost more than 30 pounds so far and I feel better than ever.
So, what is this diet about? Well, it teaches you how to stay healthy while losing weight. It is so easy when you know how to do it, and in a long run it shows much better results, because after other diets I’ve tried before you just get that fat back. The thing is, you have to eat a few times a day, not starve. Because when you are not eating, your body stores fat and it is much harder to lose weight. When you eat, and you know what and when and how, your body will know that there is food around so it won’t store fat – it will burn it!
Here are some hints from Betty’s blog:
1.	The diet creates meal plans and recipes just for you.
2.	You are able to eat a few times a day, which means that you are not starving yourself!
3.	The diet is based upon calorie shifting and shows you what you are doing wrong. Betty Winter in her blog explains it all.
4.	What is most important, you are able to buy all the food in a local store. There is no need for some expensive fancy food that promises miracles, but does nothing at all.
5.	It teaches you how to lose bad eating habits.
As I told you, this diet is an eye-opener and it works. With the proper guidance all the way through the diet, it is so easy and you can do it too. It can all be found online, as Betty describes.
So, if you wish to learn more about this easy healthy diet, check Betty’s blog, it’s in my source. Good luck!

First of all i am a personal trainer (physical) and i think these diets are so stupid and can't believe people would want to use them, then again allot of people don't know what their getting into. This diet you are on is designed to STARVE you slowly until you lose the fat, you should consider a normal diet, by diet i mean the food table have a wide range, if you eat properly you wont need to lose weight, try exercise, i believe exercise is more healthy option to lose fat than starving yourself, because it can add years onto your life through cardio vascular endurance and more, and you dont have to starve yourself. Try doing running in the mornings before you eat breakfast, this way you can burn up to 300% more fat than you would after you've been eating.
If you really have you heart on this diet the answer is.... Depends on how much fat you have, you should start seeing results in 1-3 weeks. If you just sit around all day and do nothing you wont lose much at all if any.
Think of your fat loss as more of a give and take, you have to burn more energy (food) than you put into yourself.
Hope ive given you what you asked for and more.

You should consider everything in terms of "calories in / calories out"
If you burn more calories than you consume, you will lose weight. Doing absolutely nothing but sitting on the couche, most people burn about 2000 calories a day.
A pound of fat is about 3500 calories of stored energy.
A little math witll tell us that if we cut out food consumption down by five hundred calories, we will lose a pound a week, which is about the most you want to lose at a time.
Don't go overboard. Remember that your body and your BRAIN needs carbs to stay healthy. Pick good carbs, and don't go overboard with the pastries. Everything in moderation, even moderation.

The first week is just water weight but fat is lost thereafter if you keep your calories high enough. Otherwise the body will strip it's own lean tissue for nutrition. Although that may look great on a scale it will make it MUCH easier to accumulate fat in the future (since all that pesky lean tissue burning up calories will be gone).
It all depends on metabolic resistance. If your body has a low metabolic resistance you will lose more weight in 14 days than if your body has a high metabolic resistance. You can determine your metabolic resistance either being high, average, or low after 14 days of following the Induction Phase. Here is a list of the Degrees of Metabolic Resistance:
Pounds you have to lose: - High Average Low Resistance
Less than 20lbs: -------------- 2lbs - 4lbs - 6lbs
20 - 50lbs: ----------------------- 3lbs - 6lbs - 9lbs
Over 50lbs: ---------------------- 4lbs - 8lbs -12lbs
You can lose more body fat eating protein & fat (don't eat protein alone) than not eating AT ALL. To lose weight fast, eat all you want, but nothing but meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayo, butter & half an avocado a day (for added potassium). Keep the calories high & the fat percentage high, at least 65% of calories. Green vegetables & some cheese will continue weight loss but at a slower pace.
The first 2 weeks eat several cups a day of (mostly) lettuce & celery, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms, peppers & more variety of vegetables thereafter - add 5 grams per day additional every week (20 grams day first 2 weeks, 25grams 3rd week, 30grams 4th week etc) til you gain weight, then subtract 10grams. That will be your personal carb level (everyone is different & depends on how active you are.)
Start with meat, fats & salads for 2 weeks and then slowly add in more green veg, wk4 fresh cheeses, wk5 nuts & seeds, wk6 berries, wk7 legumes, wk8 other fruits, wk9 starchy veg, wk10 whole grains. You will learn how your body reacts to different foods.
The body won't release fat stores if you lower calories below what it needs. It will slow metabolism to compensate & store every spare ounce as fat. If you continue lowering calories, it will continue lowering the set point, til it can survive off nothing & store fat on anything. The body will only release it's fat stores if it knows there is plenty of nutritious food.
Eating carbs while trying to lose body fat is terribly inefficient. When in glycolysis (burning glucose as fuel) you have to lower your calories (which slows your metabolism) & exercise heavily to deplete your glycogen stores before burning body fat.
The core of Atkins program is converting the body from glycolysis (burning glucose as fuel) to ketosis (burning fat as fuel). Dietary fat levels need to be at >65% of total calories, if not, the body will still remain in glycolysis by converting 58% of excess protein into glucose (via gluconeogenesis).
It takes minimum of 3 days to convert a body to ketosis, (but only one bite to convert back to glycolysis). People feel sluggish the first week but most feel better than ever thereafter.
Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice) trigger insulin which can store the calories eaten into fat. The more protein the more the fat burning hormone glucagon is released. The more carbohydrate the more the fat storage hormone insulin is released.
Simple carbs are addictive & can be disastrous to health. The best way to break the addiction is NO carbs for 3 days. Make a huge batch of deviled eggs, eat one every time you want "something" - have huge omelets with bacon, sausage, peppers, mushrooms & cheese. Pork chops smothered with peppers, mushrooms & cheese - pork rinds & dip or tuna/chicken/turkey/egg salad - steaks - a huge sugar free cheese cake. Eat so much you won't feel deprived of anything. By the 4th day, the addiction will be gone & you can start making healthy choices.
High insulin levels promote inflammation, weight gain, hunger & unbalance other hormones. Controlling insulin levels will balance out other hormones & allow human growth hormone (HGH) to be produced naturally so lean muscle will be gained even without exercise.
Ground flax seed (2 Tbsp) 1/4 cup water, artificial sweetener, mix in a raw egg - let sit 10 min. to absorb liquid, put some cream cheese in the middle & nuke 2 minutes. Suggested for daily fiber needs.
As long as you have <9grams carbs per hour, you will maintain insulin control & shouldn't gain weight, no matter the calories because insulin, the fat storage hormone is not activated. Many people gain weight on high carb, do low carb to lose weight & then are shocked when they return to high carb & gain weight. Many people can return to moderate carb levels but very few can really eat all they want of sugar & maintain weight or health.
