I Am Having Trouble Being A Vegetarian And Loosing Weight?

I have heard of diets where you eat ten small snacks/meals in a day, that have no sugar and no starch in them. This wouldn’t be too difficult, but being a vegetarian, I feel like I am eating the same thing over and over, especially because I don’t have meat and fish as an option. So I guess I am asking for really healthy (low sugar, low carb) snack and meal ideas.
I like almost all veggies and fruits, and right now I basically eat a lot of stir-fry, salad, soup, morning star farm veggie patties with steamed veggies, cottage cheese, yogurt, and eggs.
I am about 5’4’’ and 153lbs, but I would like to be 130lbs. Any great work out routines and eating ideas you can give me would be wonderful.

If your gonna eat 10 times a day, most of those meals should be fruit ONLY , or you’ll wear out your organs. Fruit eaten alone moves out of the stomach in 25 minutes.(60 for bananas and avocado)
You say you feel like you’re eating the same thing over and over. I’m a vegan, and I eat more variety than most people(there’s 10+ types of beans alone). But, when I have a fruit week, I enjoy eating bananas over and over again.
    ….and over….:)
