There are many types of low carb.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and I eat plenty of veggies, low fat milk, some yoghurt and dark chocolates.
Now I am at 108 lbs and I have lost 31 lbs .

Do this: A moderate carb diet…Eat lots of greens (Salads), lean meat, baked not fried, Avoid white bread and potatos.
You can get a lot of ideas online at places like webmd.com.
This works, helps you lose weight if you also do moderate exercise. You may have noticed that nothing works without exercise. A moderate carb diet, lots of fiber, salads, will take the strain off of your body, and allow a better balance.
You can’t depend on food choices alone. You MUST exercise. I eat a healthy diet, avoid all the processed crap, and I walk 2-3 miles a day. In the past few months I have lost 35 lbs.
As an example, I took a handful of fresh spinich this morning, and sauteed it with olive oil, chopped tomato, chopped onion, and cracked an egg into it after the spinich wilted, and scrambled it all together. A pinch of grated cheese, and I had a great low carb meal with lots of fiber.
A handfull of fresh blueberries into some low fat yogart made a nice snack.
I buy about a dozen skinless chicken breasts, then brush on some olive oil, garlic, and lemon-pepper spice, and roast the breasts. I put them into ziplock bags and freeze them.
Then for dinner, i will thaw one or two, and have them with fresh sliced tomatos.
You can get creative, eat healthy, and get in shape.
Exercise, my friend, is the only magic bullit.

it depends on your daily routine. if your an office worker that works 9-5 then sure low carb works because you aren’t active enough and the low carb is just the right amount for someone not doing anything. But if you are active, walk around alot, do different activities throughout the day. then you need carbs. best carbs are like oatmeal, fruits, veggie juices, etc. just depends on your activity level. If you are active, keep your carb at 50% of your daily intake atleast. carbs are coming from all ways brown rice, oatmeal, veggies, fruits, etc… protein and fat too…

No. The problem with these diets is that when you go off them, you balloon up again. Just cut back on all food and increase exercise.
