I’m Vegetarian, And On A Low Carb Diet. What Are Some Good Sources Of Protein?

Don’t worry there are lots of sources of protein for you.
Tofu is pretty much carb free and can be eaten very freely,
Tempeh is higher carb but also good.
Nuts and seeds are excellent (as are nut butters made from them, though be sure to buy ones with no added sugar)
TVP is good
Some ready made veggie sausages, burgers etc are OK – check labels carefully though as net carbs vary hugely by brand
Most legumes – often high in fibre but low in soluble carbs
If you eat eggs and dairy they are very good sources too,
Good luck!
