We call them roll ups at our house, the turkey or ham lunchmeat with cheese in the middle, only we use cream cheese and sometimes even a pickle in the middle too.
These are yummy and low carb. I also like to make my own tuna salad and chicken salad which is low carb.
Good easy snacks are almonds or string cheese or even the low carb yogurt packs.
Hopefully you are including healthy carbs like veggies (not carrots): salads, chicken or beef stir fry (homemade so you control the salt) sans the rice.
Atkins also makes low carb meal bars and “candy” bars that are really yummy and help when you just HAVE to have something sweet. The peanut butter granola meal bar is the best IMO and their coconut candy bar is to die for!
hope this helps cause it is making me hungry

put cooked chicken in a flour tortillia with a little diced ham, and cheese. and a couple of shreds of lettuce.
they served ready-made salads at most gorcery stores.
snacks- those “100 calorie packs”, granola bar, a boiled egg with a little salt, carrot stiks with low fat dressing to dip in, yogurt, string cheese. (or put all the snacks in a paper bag and make that your lunch.)

    Lunch.
    Tomato sandwitch
(on wheat bread with no mayo instead some butter,
salt & pepper and a little cheese.)
    Peanut butter and bannanas:
Just dip bannanas in peanut butter.
Or put them on a sandwitch together
    (wheat bread)
    Low carb soups.
    A smothie and some crackers.
    hope this helps!

Grill a filet mignon, let it sit, then slice it thinly. Serve cold, with your favorite cheese.
