    coffee has no carbs, if you dont use sugar or cream.

    Coffee is carb free if you use artificial sweeteners or drink it black. But it takes more than counting carbs to lose weight. It is the calories that counts the most. You need to burn about 3500 calories to lose a pound. Eating less and exercising are the easiest way to do that. (sounds easier than it is). Basically eat whatever you want, just eat less of it and exercise 30 minutes a day. Walking is an easy exercise to work into a day for most people.

    yes u can drink coffee.. . .coffee is a natural fat burner (caffeine) it speeds up metabolism

    yes you can. But you shouldn’t put any sugar or cream in it.
