Whats A Good Restaurant Choice When You Are Trying To Follow The Low-carb Diet?

The Cracker Barrell has an entire LOW CARB menu, I go there often and its delicious as well as cheap, so you can go there multiple times a week, not eat the same old meal because of their selection, and not spend a lot of money.

Roast beef, roasted chicken, or grilled fish. Also get a salad with the dressing on the side. Avoid the rolls and the baked potatoes and the dessert.

Most restaurants these days have an “Atkin’s Approved” section on their menu. Ruby Tuesday’s has a good one.

Grilled chicken on a salad with no croutons. Steak with a side of ceasar salad or high fiber veg like green beans.
