Low Carb Diet Question…i’ve Stopped Losing?

I started a low carb diet about 2 months ago and lost 30 pounds! Haven’t been hungry and loved the results. But for the past week, I’ve been at a dead stop, even showed a gain of 2 lbs one morning! I’ve not altered what I’m doing; is this normal? Or do I need to adjust something?

Add some fibre to your diet and try and get some more excercise done. It needs adjusting. Your body has gotten used to the food intake so nothing is happening anymore.
