First, make sure to exercise in a healthy way. Eat more small meal with better foods in a day. Before big meals, eat almonds, it will fill you up faster. When you walk on a treadmill, or walk, drink lots of water and eat after, the water will fill you up before you eat so you will eat less. Drink cold water because your body uses energy to warm the water up, will lose a little weight. Also, walk, don’t run, an hour a day.

On low carb diets, you have to compensate the loss of energy source.
You have you up protein count, and essential fatty acids (efa).
It will be hard for the 1st few days, but your body will slowly accustom to it.
Drink plenty of water, at least 12 cups.
Add a protein (whey or other shakes) in your diet.
Add Fish Oil or Sesamin oil and Olive oil into your diet.
For a good protein company, look for a brand called Optimum Nutrition.

Look into the zone diet. Its great. I’m currently “in the zone” and I have never felt better.
What the diet focuses on is getting 40% of your calories from carbs ( which is less than you think) 30% calories from protein and 30% from fat. Even better is that they have categorized certain foods into caloric blocks. Did you know the carbs in 1/4 of a bagel equals 3 full cups of uncooked broccoli. Its really neat. If you focus on eating less breads and sugars and more fruits and veggies you will feel GREAT.
I’m not a current member to the zonediet.com website. But I know they have recipes and a forum dedicated to helping its members. If your interested check it out.
    Best of luck, – Jared
