Soup Water And Exercise?
I plan to start a soup diet. I was thinking progresso soup, preferbly the lowest carb, fat and calorie soups of that brand. I do plan to eat some boiled eggs or special k or peanut butter for breakfast or a snack and soup for lunch and dinner. For exercise I plan to do my billy blanks believers work out tape for cardio. My elle body fitness for toning which consists of weight lifting squats and ab exercises. As well as 30 mins on the elliptical. Ill give myself two days a week to rest. Does this sound like a good plan for a losing weight? If so how soon and how much weight can I drop by doing this. And how many cals, carbs and fat should I limit myself to since im a petiete woman. i need to lose weight too, i have been on soup diets, eat eggs when i need protein, was on the spec k diet 2 weeks ago, and do billy blanks workout dvds,,, i just havent combined the lot!, lol
