Does High Potassium And Urea Level In Blood Necessarily Means I Have Problem With My Kidneys?

I’m on high protein low carb diet and i exercise alot, 4 to 5 sessions of cardio per week and do weights training, i’m not on steriods of any kind. Do I need a more detail checkup or is this condition common?

It would help if you got a check up for your peace of mind…
When you’re on a low carb diet, it’s usually very difficult to eat too much protein since you’re body will tell you when it’s had enough…
You may need to drink more water to help your system flush itself out…
You can also check if something your are eating (vegetable) is high in potassium and limit how much you eat of it…
