Walking! Anyone can do it and you can do it anywhere. Just start out slowly, and go for as long as you can, (if you really want results, you’ll have to go for at least 30-40min) As you build up, you can start doing slow jogs every 5 or so minutes. Alternate, between walking and jogging, which helps burn calories because you are constantly raising then lowering your heart rate. Also, climb stairs whenever you can. Take the stairs instead of the lift or escalator, or just run up and down the stairs in your house a couple of times a day. Keep up the diet, and DON’T give in to cravings after you exercise! BUt don’t forget to spoil yourself a little bit- if you totally deprive yourself of every food you love, it will be sooo much harder to keep up the healthy eating.
Another good way to get your heart rate up- dance! Get some friends around and dance until you are red in the face, and alternate your moves so you can get an all over muscle work out too!
Hope this helps, don’t give up!

You know, one of my friends is a cheerleader. I asked him (yes, he’s a guy) what I could do to get rid of my inch (I can pinch an inch or two). I told him I don’t like running, because it’s boring and I don’t like the wear on my joints. He suggested that I try jumping rope. I have trouble finding a good place to do it, but it certainly seems strenuous enough.
Also, don’t starve yourself because it’s going to be counterproductive. Take the body weight you want to be at, in pounds, and multiply that by 15 to get the number of calories you should eat to MAINTAIN that body weight. Then subtract about 300 from that, and that will be a good amount to eat to lose weight. Exercise too, by the way. And take your time. You’re only supposed to lose about a pound or two per week.
    Good night!

First you don’t need to lose weight too fast.It could hurt you.Drink water or flavored water, walk, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Not fried foods, sweets or whole milk.My son has lost weight doing this.He doesn’t walk alot but he watches what he eats and drinks alot of water and sweats.
