What Would I Have To Do To Lose 2lbs A Week?

I know, it all comes down to burning more calories than you take in. But, how much excercise will I have to do? Just answer all these questions.
1. How long would I have to excercise a day?
2. How hard should the intensity be? If it has to be like alot of intensity, then what excercises do you recommend, that won’t kill me, but will give me hard core cardio? Swimming, is out of the questions for the fact i have no access to a pool and no way am i going to a public pool.
3. I’m going on a low carb diet also, Yes I am desperate. I will be eating vegetables and lean meat. with a multivitamin, and a B vitamin supplement, would it hurt if i ate fruits on the weekend, or will that ruin the whole thing?
4. I’m 13 and I’m on the high end of my BMI…I would like to lose 20-30 pounds. Right now I’m shooting for 8-10 pounds. How long do you think it will take for me to lose 20 pounds by losing 2 lbs a week?

    well if you just need to drop weight and not fat…just stop drinking and spit…lose the water weight

    Go outside walk around the block, run to the store and back, do your abs, exercise at least ten hours a day. swim at the y go to the beach. do not stay inside the entire summer.

    Work on your abs EVERY day, cardio, have a well balanced diet, and drink WATER throughout the day.
