Whats Some Good Recipe’s For A Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner Low Carb Diet That You Have Tried And It Worked?

Recently I had to be put on a low carb diet due to my diabetes and I found out as long as I kept my carbs to 200 or less per day, I could eat “just’ about anything. So far I have lost 30 pounds in 2 months. It’s all about portion sizes, moderation and counting your carbs. But here is a site that I have tried some recipes on…..(in source below). Also check out the second site I listed, it’s a very helpful site..

Do you like breakfast burritos? If so here is a good recipe for a BB.
2 12″ round flour tortillas warmed slightly just before using them.
    3 eggs scrambled
    2slices bulk pork sausage
1/4 jalapeno chopped fine and deseeded.
    1 oz. heavy cream
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Preparation
First chop jalapeno and sausage, then scramble eggs add salt and pepper and cream. Brown the sausage in pan, add eggs mixture then jalapenos and scramble the whole lot until just ready to come set (eggs should be a little runny but firm, because they will continue to cook until you prepare them in the warmed tortillas, add favorite toppings like shredded cheese, tomatoes, black olives, salsa (homemade is best but jarred will do), sour cream. Mangia Mangia! Roll up in a tortilla and enjoy it!
