i logged all this onto a calorie counting website
it said i got 11 grams of fat, 123mg of cholesterol, 778 mg of sodium, 133 carbs, 67 grams of sugar, 28 grams of fiber, and 55 grams of protein
im a little worried about my carb intake but i eat healthy and almost all of my carbs come from complex carbs
whats wrong?
also im working on increasing my calorie intake because i know its too low but imagine how many carbs id be eating then
am i eating too much carbs, fiber, protein?
also i exercise for at least an hour everyday
ugh..why does everyone make this so complicated? Just eat sensibly- don’t count carbs, fiber, protein, etc- just eat a moderate amount of everything and make sure you’re taking in 1200-1800 cal a day (pending your activity level).
If you want to do it the same way, then what I see missing is any kind of carb with dinner. No rice, no bread…you do need those things, they won’t hurt you and they’ll add in the extra calories you need.
Since you exercise everyday, I wouldn’t worry too much about your current carb intake, especially since it’s complex carbs.
Also, you already mentioned it, but I would definitely increase the amount of calories you eat to prevent slowing down your metabolism.
Your diet looks very good, the only thing I would do is just increase the protein a little more.
