Did I Eat Well Today For My Diet?
I’m trying to get a four pack so i’m eating low carb high protein. is this on the right track?
i did an hour pilates, 30 minutes aerobics and 30 minutes dance.
drank 2 litres of water.
9:00 – banana with 2 tablespoons peanut butter
12:30 – homemade veggie burger with no bun, 2 slices cheddar, 1 1/2 tablespoons mango chutney mixed with miracle whip, 1 lettuce leaf and 5 sweet pickles on top.
3:30 – fibre 1 granola bar
6:45 – 2 vegetarian tacos (2 shells is 11 gs carb) made with lots of fake beef, a bit of cheddar, a very small amount low fat sour cream, salsa and lettuce
9:00 – banana peanut butter smoothie (1 banana, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup yogurt)
