I’m trying to get a four pack so i’m eating low carb high protein. is this on the right track?
i did an hour pilates, 30 minutes aerobics and 30 minutes dance.
drank 2 litres of water.
9:00 – banana with 2 tablespoons peanut butter

i started going to a personal trainer and i told him my goal was to decrease body fat so he put me on this diet:
180grams of protien
27grams of fat
60grams of carbs
im a vegetarian and he knows that so getting my protien is hard and the only way i really get it is through protien shakes [...]

I am 5′5 and 123-125 pounds, I want to weight around 115 pounds.
Starting on January 1st
Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg with a little shredded cheese
Snack: Luna/ some kind of chocolate protein bar
Lunch: Unsure
Dinner: Unsure
