9:00 &#8211; banana peanut butter smoothie (1 banana, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup yogurt)<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How do i do this? it is so important to me to be skinny!!! i am 5&#8242;9 and 142lbs, its sad&#8230;right? i want to weigh 125 by next school year. i am going to start swim team in august so i want to look really nice in a bathing suit plus i want to be really skinny!!!! i exercise now 3-5 times a week, i do workout videos, 20minutes to an hour it just depends on the day, i have muscle. but i want to get rid of it so i am just very skinny, and the fat!!1 i need to get rid of. right now i am eating 1000-1500 calories, i drink soy milk, and eat wheat english muffins, natural oatmeal, cheerios, celery, lettuce, carrots, reduced cal sugar free pudding, low carb, low fat, high fiber wraps, i have a sout beach diet bar for lunch, i eat oranges, apples, and bananas(mostly bananas) i have fiber one bars, mozerrela cheese, pinto beans, (i am a vegetarian) and i never drink anything but water and natural green tea,or crystal light. what else do i need to do to lose the weight??? i am only 14 so i dont know how to get diet pills, if you know how i could please let me know!!! i am willing to do anything!!! i just want a tiny, figure, like models. i will work to get it, i just need to know how. this is crucial, i just need help, and since summer is coming up i plan to work out more like 60-120 or more minutes. please help!! thnx</p>

Please not that I&#8217;m not interested in a &#8220;healthy&#8221; look. I&#8217;m going for a size 0 or 1.<br />
And don&#8217;t tell me to put down the magazines.<br />
Skinny girls have no influence over this.<br />
1: I&#8217;m happier being a 0 or 1<br />
2: I&#8217;m naturally a 0 or 1<br />
3: I have a strange body build, so that is the only thing that looks good on me (seriously, I look like I weigh more than I do)<br />
So can somebody just please help me?<br />
What can I do to get this weight off!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

do you think this diet is a little crazy? is it even possible to get that few carbs in each day on a 1200 calorie diet?</p>
