I’m just tired of eating tuna and chicken breast everyday. So I really want to try different things that are good and that are healthy and low carbs. I don’t want to end up eating fattning food again. Please help! Thank you!

I started a low carb diet eating about 20 carbs per day (trying to loose baby weight) and i noticed some Atkins candy and breakfast bars have a carb count of 15 – 25 grams per bar….how is this considered low carb?….
Or just the bread, pasta rice and grains?

Rice has no gluten, it is however high in carbs, try basmati for the lowest gi rating. Instead of rice, can i suggest grated cauliflower, same texture if boiled 3 minutes, lower carbs, lower calories too, higher fiber and nutrient

It’s good for a short-term diet of, at max, two weeks to jump-start weight loss. The best diet is to avoid sugar and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Exercise twice a day, 15 mins each time.
yes, the faster ur metabolism the more weight u would lose compared with someone with a slower metabolism, with the same weight doin the same diet
