How Do I Know It’s Not Water Weight?
So I’ve just started a low-carb diet and have lost 5 lbs already within four days. I’ve been drinking quite a considerable amount of water. However, how do I know that those 5 lbs isn’t just water weight?

Where I am now: I exercise about 4x a week (both cardio and strength-training, 2 hrs total each time) and drink 8+ cups of water a day.
