			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was recently researching the warrior&#8217;s diet, and it seems to go against everything we&#8217;re taught, that eating one meal a day at night will crash your metabolism and make you gain weight while you sleep. I know that you&#8217;re supposed to eat small amounts of low to no carb uncooked food, such as cottage cheese, berries, and nuts, and the occasional protein shake after workout, but how does this work? How does it work when it goes against everything ever taught? Also, what foods would people recommend during the under-eating phase?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok i&#8217;ve been on a low carb diet, but I like to drink occanasionally , ive been on the low carb diet for 6 days, my chemical strips have been showing high ketone levels, and no blood in urine, Well tonight i&#8217;ve decided to do an expirement, I&#8217;ve drank about 5 ounces of  80 proof vodka and taken a urine strip test, my ketone levels ARE negliable, but my the the blood in my urine is about 50. I am using chemstrip 9 urine strips, what does the blood in urine mean?  every other test on the strip are normal&#8230;</p>

I&#8217;m currently training for marathons, and am working very hard. My trainer checked my diet diary the other day and admittedly I have been surviving on &#8216;rabbit food&#8217; for a while now &#8211; which was resulting in no fat loss, but plenty of muscle loss&#8230;..<br />
He has recommended more protein and loads of complex carbs&#8230;.so could someone shed some light on how this day sounds???? I&#8217;m a 5 foot 4 inch, 21 year old female, weight is 58kgm body fat% is 18%.<br />
Breakfast:<br />
- 3 slices of cape-seed (wholemeal grain bread with 16 types of grain/seed), 1 with light and natural peanut butter, 2 with jam<br />
21 KILOMETRE RUN (focus on hills, stride length, speed and endurance)<br />
- Post run: 3/4 cup skim milk with 1 scoop of whey protein powder and 1/2 a low carb protein bar an hour later<br />
- Lunch: 2 sandwiches made on cape-seed bread with 85grams of tinned salmon (natural in springwater), with salad.<br />
- Gym workout: 15 min high intensity cardio, 40 mins of weights and abs<br />
- Post workout: 2 slices of cape seed bread with light and natural peanut butter OR 1 large banana and a handful of nuts<br />
- Dinner: Salad with chicken and sweet potato<br />

I want to loose about 15 pounds before summer..There are soooo many different diets out there and I dont know which one to follow..I have tried the Atkins and I NEVER want to see another egg or hamburger patty again in my life.. It worked but I hate the food that you have to eat ALL THE TIME. So should I count calories, fat, or carbs? How long per day should I work out so it is effective? Is morning or night better to work out?<br />
I am 29 yrs old</p>

Usually when people say they gained the weight back they said they went back to their regular eating and they gained it all back but if i eat a good amount of calories to maintain my weight in healthy food then i shouldnt have a problem right???? What do you think.</p>
