How long do you have to stay on a low carb diet before you begin to lose weight?
What are the most common thing we eat throught the week with carbs?? Someone give me a list of what carbs i should stay away from.
It varies. Some say when you’re starting, no more than 100g per day, and that this should dwindle down to about 20-50 per day. These carbs coming from vegetable/fruit material.
I used to be a vegetarian, but noticed that I was feeling quite weak. I was also always hungry and shaking when I did not eat for a while. I saw a dietitian and he put me on this high-fat, high-protein, low carb diet.

take in your carbs in breakfast and around the workout
and in all the other meals restrict the carbs to veggies alone
